Before picture, June 25, 2023, when local developers found out that I was doing cleanup and make-safe, dumped a bunch of trash in front of my building.

Building make-safe status now after the work listed below: 1) cleaning up the clutter dumped by local developer. Building now by making-safe by removing the facade over 12 feet. 2) Both front corners and all masonry redone. Industrial bond cement, and Portland Cement stucco to add extra security. Painting and Garage door boarding in progress. To be completed within the next 72 hours.
